This is a great question and subject to many a debate. Some people say you take your ego and self-esteem out of the interaction, that way you seem cooler and non-needy. However, others will debate that without the ego, you won’t have any real desire therefore you will not ignite the sexual tension role in the female.
As for me, I typically have all of my magnificent ego and self-esteem displayed proudly with any interaction with a female. Remember, two very important keys to attract any woman is: 1) Extreme Confidence 2) Display High Value. Women do not date their equals, so you have to have a bigger ego and self-esteem than her to attract her.
I also don’t think you can display extreme confidence or high value without the ego and self-esteem components being involved.
The key is what your ego and self-esteem are built upon.
If your ego can be damaged or lowered simply by one girl not being attracted to you, then you have a very weak ego that is built on the feedback of a fickle human. But when you really develop your skills and confidence, your ego will be more focused on your inner strengths. You will just know that most women will like your masculine side, that most people are magnetically drawn to confident people and after you have slept with 100’s of girls, your ego and self-esteem will be solidly based on skills you have developed – not perceptions of what you think another person thinks of you.
And that, to me, is the key. My rather enormous ego is based on my knowledge and skill set as to understanding women. Some of the same 18-22 year old girls that told me I was too old or that they would never date someone as cocky/bald/short as me were the same girls that were later calling me Master and begging me to fuck them harder. The key is to not focus the interaction around what you think she would like, and just be the man that knows what women want.
